  • If the goods is damaged while in your possession, Shopliex will not be obligated to conduct the replacement.
  • Damaged/missing/empty packages/wrong products must be returned within 2 days of receipt.
  • Order Replacement is possible in the following circumstances:

-Incorrect Size/Color/Style/Quantity

-Missing/Incomplete/Empty Packages

-Faulty/damaged (if not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty*)

-Not exactly as described

  • The original price tag and packaging slip should be included in the return package.
